As you know, we’re always working on enhancing Weglot to continue delivering a website translation solution that’s a cut above the rest.
And, how do we do that? By listening to our customers, all 50,000+ of them.
Every week our team of developers are working hard to add features to Weglot that you’ve been asking for, so we can keep helping even more websites go multilingual.
Sometimes these might be small changes, other times they’re pretty big developments – all with the aim to help you manage and translate your multilingual website even more effortlessly.
And, August has been no different! Even if half of Paris (where we’re based) shuts down for the whole month.
Let’s take a look at some of the main features that have changed this month…
Filter translation by URL
Back by popular demand, you can now search for your translations by the URL of a specific page on your website. Check it out via the ‘Translations’ section in your Weglot dashboard!
You’ll now see a URL filter which shows all the URLs attached to your website (as above).
Scroll through the list and use it to filter translations by page and continue editing your translations as normal!
We’ve now made it visually easier to see the different HTML elements (<a>, <strong>, <span> color coded so they stand out…) in your ‘Translations’ section.
Your HTML elements will no longer be seen within your translations (unless you select the “Raw HTML view”).
Instead, your content is now highlighted in different colors when they are inside an HTML element. This should make editing translations easier.
So, there you have it. Some of the features we’ve been working on this month!
